Intention Setting for the New Year

It’s almost 2026 and you might be feeling that familiar pressure to make some changes. If you are tired of declaring big resolutions that fall through, maybe it’s time to try something new.
Join Naomi Yu, LMFT in this intention-setting workshop to practice a more compassionate and sustainable approach to growth. Instead of focusing on what you should do, you’ll get a chance to explore how you want to feel and be in 2026. We’ll adopt an adaptive framework that acknowledges the things outside of our control and also leaves space for you to evolve.
Through guided reflection, discussion, and a thoughtfully designed worksheet, you’ll clarify what is important to you at this stage of your life and create intentions that you can return to throughout the year. Come prepared to participate and share in community, because nobody can do it all alone. Due to the interactive nature of this workshop, it will not be recorded. All registrants will receive a copy of the slides as well as the worksheet template.
