Hi, I'm Naomi.

Life isn't black and white but includes many other shades and colors in between. As a child of immigrants, I recognize it can be hard to navigate these gray areas when your experiences do not fit neatly into one box. I provide creative, goal-oriented, and holistic psychotherapy that meets you where you are and helps you move where you want to go. My specialties include working with cultural issues (especially in Asian/Asian-American families), family conflicts, and complex trauma. I also support people in developing a stronger relationship with themselves and learning how to build a meaningful life.

Therapy is a collaborative process between real people. I offer a safe place for you to explore, express, and experiment so that you can be more effective in your own life. We will use creative approaches that address you as a whole person, draw on your strengths, and consider the influences in your life, from community to culture.

I use well-researched evidence-based treatments while also incorporating other sources of wisdom and your unique needs. My main treatment modalities include Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, as well as many others. I incorporate somatic approaches to help you connect to your body and self as a whole.

I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health and making it accessible for all. I dream of a healthy, connected community in which people are kind to themselves, each other, and especially children.
