Therapy Services
You might be here because something in your life isn’t quite working. Maybe you’ve done everything “right” yet you still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what you actually want.
I offer creative, culturally responsive, and goal-oriented therapy that helps you cultivate a meaningful life. Together, we explore the experiences, expectations, and systems that have shaped your life, and we discover what you need to feel grounded, supported, and fulfilled.
How I Work
I take a structured and collaborative approach, blending mindfulness, art, science, and evidence-based strategies. My style is warm, real, and empowering. I bring my expertise and offer many ideas, but you are the expert of your own life. We go as slow or fast as you need. Our work centers three main intentions:
Understanding - Explore the forces that have shaped your life, including family, culture, trauma, and systems.
Reconnecting - Build a strong foundation of Self-awareness and Self-compassion so you can connect to your body, feelings, needs, and values.
Taking Action - Translate your new insights into action through concrete skills developed through small, achievable steps.
Everybody’s journey is different, but you don’t have to go it alone. Whether you’re ready to begin or you’d just like to chat, I’d love to connect.
Therapeutic Modalities
Art Therapy
Art therapy taps into the healing power of the creative process, using art-making as a means of exploration and self-expression. Learn more here.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
In IFS, we help you tap into the innate power of your highest Self. From there, you learn to understand and take care of all the various “parts” of you. I completed my Level 1 Training with the IFS Institute in 2022.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT focuses on helping you build practical skills to create a life worth living. It combines mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills to support lasting change. I received training from 2017-2018 under Esme Shaller, Director of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy program at the UCSF Mood and Anxiety Clinic.
Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT)
SFT is a goal-oriented approach that breaks down large goals into actionable steps, leaning into your strengths and resources to create meaningful change.
